Beautiful day with brigth sunshine.  We were moored up off Havre waiting all day for tide – made a move soon after one and got moored up alongside docks about 4.  Big job unloading ship and cleaning up after horses in stables – About 7 left docks and marched up to Rest Camp which we reached about 9.

Found No. 335. under Capt. Mead still in camp – Got canteen opened for men and with offcers had supper at Y.M.C.A. Got bed down in tent and finally to bed about 11.30.
